Is repeating an acted segment in which the actor says: "I am your qarin, Zawawi," and there is astonishment at the qarin's short stature, considered an act of disbelief (kufr) if the speaker does not intend to mock religion, and does not know that the qarin is a devil and a disbeliever except afterwards? Is he excused by his ignorance or not? And is his marriage contract, which took place after that, considered invalid?

The issue of the Qareen (companion jinn) and whether it is a disbeliever is not among the necessarily known matters of the religion, and one who is ignorant of it does not become a disbeliever, because it is an issue that may be obscure. As Sheikh Salih Al-Fawzan said, whoever denies the jinn possessing humans does not disbelieve, but is mistaken and misguided. However, whoever denies their existence altogether is a disbeliever.
