Does the closure of the engagement hall after performing Istikhara prayer indicate that the matter is not good? And is it permissible to give charity with the intention of transforming a matter that is not good into something good?

The prescribed course for one who has performed Istikhara (prayer for guidance) is to proceed with the matter for which they sought guidance, relying on Allah. If the matter becomes easy, it is good. If it becomes difficult, there is no good in it, and one must praise Allah in all circumstances. The closing of the hall is not an indication that there is no good in it; rather, one must continue to exert effort and take the necessary steps until the matter becomes clear. If it remains unattainable, then the one who performed Istikhara must be content with Allah's decree.
