Is the unavailability of a matter after performing Istikhara for a year an indication that it is not good and should be abandoned, or does its lack of difficulty mean awaiting relief, being patient, and persisting in supplication?

After performing Istikharah, a Muslim should entrust their affairs to their Lord and trust that He will facilitate what is good for them. If there is good in a matter, it will materialize at its appropriate time. Its delay is not an indication that there is no good in it, as good may lie in the delay itself. There is no harm in repeating Istikharah and frequently supplicating for the facilitation of good.
