What is the ruling on conjugal relations with one's wife immediately after the Fajr call to prayer on the day of Eid al-Fitr, and what are the consequences of that?

You are not permitted to avail yourself of the traveler's dispensation, nor to consume any of the things that break the fast upon your return to your country, while intending to fast. If you break your fast by intercourse during the fast, you must perform the expiation for intercourse (freeing a slave, or fasting two consecutive months, or feeding sixty poor people), in addition to making up that day and repenting. Your wife must make up the day; if she willingly complied, she must also perform the expiation for intercourse, but if you coerced her, then she owes nothing.
