It is advised to avoid everything that incites lust, such as looking at non- men, and to strive to repel evil thoughts, and to occupy oneself with what benefits one in matters of religion and worldly life. As for the discharge you asked about, it appears to be madhiy (pre-seminal fluid). If there is doubt whether it is maniy (seminal fluid) or madhiy, you have the choice between the two.
