Does the sound of a woman's bracelets that she wears fall under the generality of Allah's saying: "And let them not strike their feet so as to make known what they conceal of their adornment"?

It is not permissible to strike bracelets or move anklets to attract attention. This falls under the prohibition mentioned in the verse: "And let them not stamp their feet so as to make known what they conceal of their adornment." Making the sound of adornment heard is like, or even worse than, displaying it, and the purpose is concealment. If a woman does this to show off to men, it is forbidden. The same applies to a man if he does it out of vanity or to show off. The prohibition includes everything that incites a man, whether it be adornment or movement.
