Does saying, as a joke, "read on this device so it works" or "because you read on it, it didn't work" fall under mocking the verses or the person, and what is the criterion for mockery?

Mockery is divided into three categories: First, mockery of Allah, or the Quran, or the Messenger, which is disbelief that expels one from the fold of Islam. Second, mockery of individuals and their worldly actions, which is a sin (fisq). Third, mockery of a Muslim for their religiosity and appearance that conforms to the Sunnah. If the mockery is directed at the Sharia itself, which the Muslim adheres to, then it is disbelief (kufr). If it is directed at the Muslim personally, because they are perceived as exaggerated or extremist, then it is a sin (fisq).

Regarding the issue of mocking ruqyah: If the intention is to mock ruqyah itself, it is disbelief (kufr), because it is mockery of the Quran. However, if the intention is to mock the person performing ruqyah because they are not qualified for it, then it is a forbidden sin (fisq). And if one claims it is for joking, then they are in danger, and joking is not permissible in such matters.
