Is it permissible for a man who has stolen and committed adultery, knowing that he has performed Hajj twice, to perform Hajj on behalf of his aunt or on behalf of himself?

A man must offer sincere repentance and regret for his sins, and return ill-gotten gains to their rightful owners or their heirs, or give them as charity if the owners cannot be identified, while ensuring that stolen money is first returned from lawful earnings. He may perform Hajj on behalf of his aunt if she is deceased or unable to perform Hajj due to chronic illness or old age. However, it is better for him to perform Hajj for himself first, to renew his repentance and cleanse his sins. His Hajj should be performed with lawful money, free from any doubt, because an accepted Hajj (Hajj Mabroor) is performed with lawful wealth; otherwise, there is a fear of ill consequences and the corruption of the deed.
