Is it permissible for the sacrificial animal to be a good ram with a medium-sized lump under the skin on the upper chest?

For the Udhiyah (sacrificial animal) to be valid, it must be free from apparent defects, such as obvious blindness in one eye (al-'awra al-bayyina), obvious sickness (al-marad al-bayyin), obvious lameness (al-'araj al-bayyin), and a fracture that prevents it from moving naturally. Therefore, if the swelling or lump on the ram's neck is an obvious sickness that hinders its natural movement, then it is not valid as an Udhiyah. Otherwise, it appears that it does not prevent validity, although a healthy animal is better. A severely sick animal whose sickness spoils the meat is not valid, but a minor sickness does not prevent validity.
