What is the ruling on discarding ice cream remnants in the trash, knowing that the worker is compelled to do so?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah dislikes three things: gossiping (qeel wa qaala), wasting money, and asking too many questions."

Therefore, money from which benefit can be derived should not be wasted on things that bring no benefit. If the questioner is able to preserve this money that is discarded so that he or others may benefit from it, then he should do so. If he is unable, then "Allah does not burden a soul beyond its capacity."
