If it is possible to give the juice to someone who will drink it, then it is not permissible to discard it, because that falls under wasting wealth, which is forbidden. It must be given to the poor or preserved. It should not be discarded unless there is a fear of harm from it, or if people dislike it, in which case it should be given to animals. If no animals are available, then there is no harm in discarding it. However, if the quantity is small and no one will drink it, then it can be discarded in designated areas.
