How can one perform the 'Isha and Maghrib prayers in a Western country where prayer times are late, and is it permissible to rely on Saudi Arabian timings?

Prayer must be performed at its legally prescribed times, and it is not permissible to offer it early or delay it without a valid excuse, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a timed ordinance." The Prophet (peace be upon him) clarified the prayer times, such as the Dhuhr prayer when the sun declines, Asr before its yellowing, Maghrib before the disappearance of twilight, Isha until midnight, and Fajr from the appearance of dawn until sunrise. These legal regulations must be adhered to regardless of other timings, such as Western time.
