Is a pregnant woman's supplication answered?

A pregnant woman's supplication does not have a special status for being answered, unless what is meant is her supplication during labor and severe pain. In that case, her prayer is answered just as the prayer of the distressed is answered, due to the Almighty’s saying: (Is not He who responds to the distressed one when he calls upon Him and removes evil?), and because the distressed one supplicates with sincerity and dependence upon Allah.
