Is a pregnant woman's prayer answered?

There is no specific indication that the supplication of a pregnant woman is answered. However, if a Muslim combines good presumption of Allah with humility before Him, Allah will answer his supplication. The supplication of a parent for their child is answered, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There are three supplications that are answered without a doubt: the supplication of the oppressed, the supplication of the traveler, and the supplication of a parent against his child." Thus, if a pregnant woman supplicates for the righteousness of her fetus, it is hoped that Allah will answer her.
