Is the constant feeling that Allah will honor the supplicant with everything he wishes for an indication of Allah's honor and pleasure with him?

Good opinion of Allah is one of the most important acts of the heart. It brings comfort and tranquility and is a reason for attaining what is desired and repelling what is feared. Allah does not disappoint the hope of one who thinks well of Him and relies upon Him. However, good opinion requires action and taking the necessary means. It is not permissible to persist in sins claiming good opinion, because true good opinion leads to good deeds. Indeed, good opinion is good deeds themselves, because good opinion of Allah is what motivates the servant to perform righteous deeds hoping for reward. So, the better one's opinion, the better one's deeds. Good opinion exists when the means of salvation, not destruction, are established.
