Is there anything mentioned in the Prophet's Sunnah that indicates the legitimacy of a prayer consisting of 12 rak'ahs, with a taslim after every two rak'ahs, and in the last prostration of each rak'ah, Surah Al-Fatihah is recited 7 times and Ayatul-Kursi 7 times, or is this prayer considered an innovation?

Qiyam al-Layl (night vigil prayer) is one of the best acts of worship. However, a prayer that includes reciting Surat Al-Fatihah and Ayat Al-Kursiyy seven times in the last prostration is an innovation (bid'ah). Reading the Qur’an during bowing (ruku’) and prostration (sujud) has been prohibited, and scholars have agreed that it is disliked (makruh). Supplication (du'a') during prostration is more likely to be answered.
