What is the ruling on microblading (tattooing) eyebrows and applying permanent eyelash extensions that last for a month in cases of total alopecia and the shedding of eyebrows and eyelashes?

Eyebrow microblading is a forbidden tattoo, because it is done using a needle to engrave on the surface skin and fill it with chemical dyes or ink, and it lasts for a year or half a year. It falls under the category of forbidden tattoos, as the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) cursed the woman who does tattoos and the woman who has them done. As for applying artificial eyelashes, its ruling is prohibition except in cases of necessity.
