Does Allah seal the heart of one who abandons three Jumu'ahs out of negligence, and is it a condition that these Jumu'ahs be consecutive?

Whoever abandons three Jumu'ahs out of negligence, Allah will seal his heart, whether the abandonment is consecutive or not. However, it is more likely that the abandonment must be consecutive, based on the hadith of Abu Hurairah: "Whoever abandons three Jumu'ahs consecutively without a valid excuse, Allah will seal his heart." This is supported by the mawquf hadith of Ibn 'Abbas: "Whoever abandons Jumu'ah for three consecutive Jumu'ahs has cast Islam behind his back."
