Is it obligatory to dispose of money earned from work that involves tasks contrary to Sharia, such as preparing and broadcasting advertisements featuring unveiled women, knowing that the intention was to promote a permissible product? Does good intention affect the ruling on this money? Can one repent from it and dispose of it, especially when it is needed for marriage and buying a house to avoid an interest-based loan?

If advertising products involves displaying unveiled women, whether on television or in stores, then what you earn from this work is unlawful (haram). However, it is permissible for you to take all or part of this money if you are poor and in need, for building a house, getting married, or other necessities, as Al-Ghazali mentioned that the poor person gives charity to himself and his family. But if the women are not unveiled and adhere to Islamic manners, then there is no objection to working and taking the wage. The door of repentance is open for whoever repents, believes, and does righteous deeds, and the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. However, repentance does not make it permissible to dispose of unlawful money except in the ways mentioned.
