The answer

Your repentance is not complete except by feeling remorse for what you have done, abandoning it in the present, and resolving not to return to it in the future. Unlawful money must be disposed of in proportion to the unlawful work performed. If precise determination is difficult, then estimate based on the predominant assumption. It is permissible to give some or all of this money to your father if his sustenance is not obligatory upon you, or if you are unable to provide it. However, it is not permissible to use this money to fulfill your obligatory support for him. If it is permissible to give money to the father, then there is no objection to him spending some of it on his family. As for paying off your mother's debt with this money, it is not permissible if you are wealthy and able to pay from lawful money, but it is permissible if you are poor. It is permissible for a poor person to give charity from unlawful money to himself and his family.
