Is the seller and buyer of the Holy Quran sinful, and will the Hour not be established except upon the disbelievers?

The Hour will not be established until the face of the earth is devoid of every Muslim and believer, due to the hadith: "Then Allah will send a cold wind from the direction of Syria, and there will be no one left on the face of the earth who has in his heart an atom's weight of goodness or faith, except that it will seize him." And there are other hadiths that indicate that the Hour will be established upon the worst of people.
