Is the daily recitation of Surahs (Al-Ma'arij in the morning, Adh-Dhariyat in the evening, and Al-Waqi'ah on Friday night) along with Salat al-Hajah (Prayer of Need), and the designation of 13 Quranic verses to be recited 100 times in the morning and evening with the intention of facilitating marriage, considered correct or an innovation?

This matter is among the innovated Bid‘ah. Such a specific designation is a matter of tawqif (divinely ordained and not subject to human reasoning), not left to ijtihad (independent reasoning). The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "O young people, whoever among you can afford to marry, let him marry, and whoever cannot, let him fast." He did not say, "Let him recite such and such a surah." The existence of a motive, coupled with the absence of an impediment, and the non-occurrence of the action, is proof of its lack of legitimacy.
