Is it permissible for the husband to ejaculate on his wife's face and in her mouth to please her, while disliking that?

There is no blame upon you for refraining from that, and you should not accede to her request, as it contradicts sound human nature and upright dispositions. Islam has commanded noble character and prohibited its trivialities. It is sufficient for each spouse to enjoy the other in the lawful manner.
