What is the Sharia ruling on how to expiate for a suspended divorce oath conditioned on the wife going to her parents' house, given the desire for her to go, and knowing that she has not gone yet?

It was previously clarified that the husband's statement to his wife: "You will be divorced if you do such-and-such," requires elaboration. If you threaten her and do not intend to effect a divorce, and you do not carry out the threat, then an expiation for a broken oath (kaffarat yamin) is required of you for breaking this oath, especially if the threat was accompanied by the mention of Allah's name. It is important to note that if there was a reason to prevent the wife from visiting her family and that reason has ceased to exist, then no divorce occurs. Furthermore, it is incumbent to maintain good relations with in-laws and to avoid using divorce as a means to solve problems.
