Is it permissible for the pilgrim to appoint someone to cast the Jamarat on his behalf on the day of Eid or the second day, then return to his country?
Allah commanded the completion of Hajj and , and they are completed through sincerity to Allah and following the Messenger, peace be upon him. Therefore, it is not permissible for the pilgrim in to neglect their rituals or commit prohibited acts. Whoever delegates the stoning of the and departs early is considered mistaken and negligent of Allah's sacred rites. And whoever hastens his travel by delegating the stoning of the jamarat and the Farewell before its time has violated the guidance of the Messenger, peace be upon him.
The one who does this must repent and seek forgiveness, and three sacrifices (dams) are incumbent upon him: a dam for not spending the night in Mina, a dam for not stoning the jamarat that he delegated, and a dam for the Farewell Tawaf because it occurred at the wrong time, as it should be after the completion of the stoning of the jamarat.
