Is it permissible to remove the hijab due to a skin problem on the neck caused by an allergy?

A Muslim woman must adhere to the hijab (definition), as it is a religious obligation, as stated in the Holy Quran: "O Prophet, tell your wives and your daughters and the women of the believers to bring down over themselves [part] of their outer garments" and "and to draw their headcovers over their bosoms." And whoever is not accustomed to it should be patient. She can choose a comfortable and suitable hijab for herself, for the important thing is that it is modest, and it is not permissible to abandon it under any circumstances.
