Should debts be paid off first, or should a project be established with the bonus, knowing that paying off the debts will prevent the establishment of the project?

The debts owed by an individual are of two types: immediate and deferred. Deferred debts do not have to be paid before their due date. As for immediate debts, if the debtor is capable of repayment and the creditors demand it, then fulfilling them is obligatory, and procrastination is forbidden. If the debt becomes due and the debtor is unable to pay, then he must ask the creditors for a delay. If they do not agree, then the debt must be paid, even if it expends all of his wealth, except for what he spends on himself and those whose living expenses are incumbent upon him.
