The answer

First, the deceased's debts must be paid and her will to the mosque executed, provided that the bequest does not exceed one-third of the estate, unless the adult heirs consent to an increase. Then, the estate is to be divided as follows: the uterine siblings receive one-third due to their multiplicity and the absence of any ascendants or descendants, with male and female sharing equally. What remains thereafter goes to the full brother's sons by virtue of ta'sib (residuary heirship). Thus, the estate will consist of six shares: two shares for the uterine siblings, and two shares for each of the full brother's sons.
