What is the degree of authenticity of the hadith, "A man from the Ansar had his wife give birth to a black boy..." and is it permissible to cite it as evidence for scientific miracles?

This Hadith is weak (da'if) and mursal, therefore it cannot be used as proof. It was narrated by Al-Hakim Al-Tirmidhi in "Nawadir Al-Usul," and it mentions the story of a man from the Ansar who had a black boy born to him. His wife said to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him: "By Him who sent you with the truth, he married me as a virgin, and I have not allowed anyone to take his place." The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "(You have spoken the truth. You have ninety-nine veins, and he has the same. When it is time for childbirth, all the veins pulsate, and there is not a single vein among them but it asks Allah to make the resemblance like him)." The chain of narration for this Hadith is weak because it is mursal, as Abdullah ibn Buraydah is from the Tabi'in and he elevated the Hadith to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, without mentioning an intermediary. It is important to rely only on authentic Hadiths when discussing scientific miracles in the Quran and Sunnah.
