If the impurity is dry and the touched object is wet, there are two opinions regarding the transfer of impurity: one that it transfers, and one that it does not. An example of this is dry urine at the base of the toilet when it comes into contact with water. The question is why the opinion of non-transfer of impurity was not applied in Fatwa no. 331471 in the cases of the sandal and the bedding.
All praise is due to Allah, and may peace and blessings be upon the Messenger of Allah. Regarding the transfer of impurities between objects, this has been detailed in No. 96033. The guideline for the non-transfer of impurity when one of the two objects is wet is explained in Fatwa No. 116652. As for water on an impure spot, if it is abundant, it purifies it; and if it is little and its state has not changed, the more lenient opinion is that it does not become impure, as stated in Fatwa No. 122389. In the case of an impure bedspread or shoe, the impurity remains, and its transfer to what it touches is regulated by the Hanafis according to the guideline mentioned in Fatwa No. 116652.
