Is it forbidden to doubt a husband's actions, taking into account his past lies at the beginning of the marriage?

The principle is to think well of a Muslim and to interpret their actions in the best possible light. This is especially emphasized between spouses, as Allah Almighty says: ﴿O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, AVOID MUCH ASSUMPTION. INDEED, SOME ASSUMPTION IS SIN.﴾ And as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Beware of suspicion, for suspicion is the falsest of speech." It is advisable not to dwell on doubts and to try to improve the situation with the husband through affection and being a good wife, while gently advising him to abandon any suspicious behaviors.
