Should I propose to a girl afflicted by magic (sihr)?

Marriage is one of Allah's signs and the Sunnah of His Messenger. Young people who are able to should marry, for it protects one from sin and safeguards chastity. For those who are unable, they should fast. Whoever is searching for a wife must beware of falling into forbidden acts, such as establishing illicit relationships under the pretext of searching for a wife. They must also avoid haste in choosing. They should consider a woman's religious commitment and character, as these are the foundations for building a righteous family. If the girl is religiously committed and of good character, let him put his trust in Allah and propose to her, and let him maintain his remembrance of Allah and supplications.
