Is it permissible to marry a girl older than the young man if she is a sorceress?

It is forbidden to look at or mingle with non-mahram (definition) women. If you fear sorcery, perform ruqyah (definition) on yourself or seek it from a trustworthy raqi, and beware of accusing anyone of sorcery without proof.

Islamic law encourages marriage; so, seek a woman of good character and religious commitment, seeking help from Allah and your family, and supplicate through prayer and du'a. Beware of marrying a sorceress, for sorcery is disbelief, as Allah Almighty says: "And they followed what the devils recited during the reign of Solomon. And Solomon did not disbelieve, but the devils disbelieved, teaching people magic..." [Quran 2:102]. And Hafiz al-Hakami said: "And magic is real and has an effect, but by what the All-Powerful decreed. And judge the sorcerer with disbelief, his punishment is death without denial." It should be noted that issuing a ruling of disbelief and executing the punishment are tasks for courts and the judiciary, not individuals.
