Does a husband's statement to his wife, "God willing, you will be divorced by the end of this month," uttered with the intention of intimidation, count as a divorce and necessitate expiation?

A husband's statement to his wife, "You are divorced," can imply either an immediate divorce (tanjiz) or a contingent one (ta'liq). If he intended to threaten her, the divorce does not occur.
