Are the funds that the manager of the Quran project will obtain from his new project lawful or unlawful, after he left the academy due to a dispute and took the teachers and students with him willingly?

If a project manager of a Quranic institution offers employees to leave their stable jobs and join him, this is wrong and forbidden. This is because it falls under the category of renting (hiring) over the renting (hiring) of one's brother, which is akin to a person selling over the sale of his brother, which is prohibited. This action is forbidden if the rental contract is still valid and the intention is to terminate it, or if the contract has ended but both parties are inclined to renew it.

An exception to this prohibition is if the rental contract has ended and there has been no agreement to renew it, or if the employee himself is not satisfied with his job and is looking for an alternative after his contract ends.

If such a forbidden offer has occurred, the manager must repent and seek absolution from the owners of the academy, and clarify to the employees the impermissibility of what happened so that they may return to their contracts. The employee who left his job due to this offer must also seek absolution from his original employers or fulfill his contract with them.
