What is the ruling on money acquired from a job obtained by dismissing another employee, and how does one dispose of purchases made with this money?

It is impermissible to request the termination of an employee to take their place, because this falls under hiring for the sake of hiring at the expense of one's brother, which is forbidden in Islamic law. Most scholars believe that the hiring in this case is valid, even though the person who does it is sinful. Therefore, the salary earned from this job is not unlawful for him because it is in exchange for his work, but he bears the sin of transgressing the limits set by Allah.
