Is Zakat obligatory on money in which unlawful (haram) has mixed with lawful (halal) after the manager's forgiveness for shortcomings at work?

If the manager is authorized to overlook the worker's shortcomings, then the worker's liability is cleared by the manager's forgiveness, and all his earnings become lawful for him, and zakat becomes obligatory on them if its conditions are met.
