Is buying a dress for 1000 Riyals considered sinful extravagance?

Allah the Almighty has forbidden extravagance, and He says, "And eat and drink and do not be extravagant; indeed, He does not like those who are extravagant." He also condemned the squanderers and made them brothers of devils. Squandering is spending money in an undue manner, and there is no squandering in doing good deeds. Purchasing clothes is regulated according to a person's financial ease or hardship, so it is not considered extravagance for someone who needs expensive clothes due to their social standing, though it might be extravagance for someone else. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Eat, drink, dress, and give charity, without extravagance or pride."
