What is the way to repent from false accusation and slander, after the sister refused to forgive?

Since you have discredited yourself with this person, admitted your mistake, and apologized to your sister, you have done what was required of you, and nothing else is necessary. With sincere repentance, no harm will befall you due to this sin, by Allah's will. Your sister should forgive you and pardon you.
