Is it permissible for an orphaned sister to live, eat, and drink from the money of orphans whose father has passed away, and is she required to pay for that, given that she does not own a home?

Allah Almighty has forbidden consuming an orphan's wealth except for that which benefits the orphan. It is not permissible to dispose of an orphan's wealth in a way that harms them or does not benefit them. Al-Sa'di alluded to this by saying: "It is not permissible to approach or dispose of it in a way that harms the orphans, or in a way that neither harms nor benefits them."

If you have wealth, you must estimate the value of your accommodation, food, and your share in household expenses. This is what is meant by mingling with orphans.

However, if you do not have wealth or a relative to spend on you, there is no harm in living, eating, and drinking from the wealth of your orphan siblings and your mother; because in this case, your maintenance is obligatory upon them, based on the Almighty's saying: (And upon the heir is the like of that) Al-Baqarah/233.
