Is it permissible for a husband to spend on his wife from the money of his needy, orphaned brothers, while he is able to work and spend on her from his own money?

It is impermissible for a brother who is able to earn a living to spend from the funds of his orphaned siblings on himself or his wife, as this is one of the gravest sins. He is obligated to repent and return what he has taken. It is permissible for the guardian of an orphan's wealth to take from it in proportion to his work if he is in need, as Allah Almighty says: "And whoever is rich, let him abstain [from taking a fee]; and whoever is poor, let him take thereof in a reasonable manner."
