Does divorce occur merely by thinking about it, or by an implicit statement with the intention of pacifying the mother or the wife, considering that the Fatwa Committees and Dar al-Ifta have issued fatwas that divorce does not occur in the aforementioned cases?

We advise you to be content with what the mufti has told you and to completely turn away from these whisperings. Beware of persisting in them, as their consequences are grave. Among the things that will help you in this is seeking Allah's help, turning to Him sincerely, and making abundant supplications.
