What is the wife's share of the apartment if her husband dies before her, given that the deceased has brothers and sisters?

If a man dies without children, leaving behind only a wife and male and female siblings, his inheritance is divided as follows:

The wife: She receives one-fourth as a fixed share, based on the Almighty’s saying: "And for them [wives] is the fourth of what you leave if you have no child." (An-Nisa: 12). The siblings: If they are full-siblings or paternal-siblings: What remains after the wife's share goes to them by residuary right, "for the male, what is equal to the share of two females" (An-Nisa: 176). If they are maternal-siblings: Their share is one-third as a fixed share if they are more than one, "then they are partners in the third" (An-Nisa: 12). What remains after the fixed shares of the wife and maternal-siblings goes to the closest male agnate, based on the Prophet’s saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those who are entitled to them, and whatever remains is for the closest male relative."
