What is the share of each heir from the inheritance for a deceased person who has: a wife, a full brother, and a full sister?

If a person passes away leaving behind only a wife, a full brother, and a full sister, then the wife receives one-fourth of the inheritance, based on the Almighty's saying: "And for them is one-fourth of what you leave if you have no child." The remainder is to be divided between the brother and the sister by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "And if there are brothers and sisters, then the male will have the share of two females." Thus, the inheritance is divided into four shares: the wife receives one share, the full brother receives two shares, and the full sister receives one share. Matters concerning inheritances must be brought before the Sharia courts for investigation before division.
