What is the share of each heir from the inheritance if a man dies and leaves behind two wives, four full sisters, and one full brother?

If the deceased leaves no heirs other than two wives, a full brother, and full sisters, then the two wives receive one-quarter as a prescribed share, equally divided between them, due to the absence of any lineal descendants, as Allah Almighty says: "But if you have no child, then for them [the wives] is one fourth of what you leave." The remainder goes to the full brother and full sisters by way of ta'sib (residuary heirship), with the male receiving the share of two females, as Allah Almighty says: "And if they are brothers and sisters, male and female, then the male will have the share of two females." The estate is thus divided into eight shares: the wives receive one-quarter (two shares), with each wife receiving one share; the full brother receives two shares; and each full sister receives one share. The matter of estates must be referred to the Sharia courts to investigate the existence of any other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the rights of the heirs.
