Is the opening supplication (Du'a al-Istiftah) recited at the beginning of every two rak'ahs of Tarawih prayer?

It is legislated to recite the opening supplication (Du'a al-Istiftah) at the beginning of every two rak'ahs of Tarawih prayer and other supererogatory prayers. Among what has been reported for opening night prayers are: "There is no god but Allah (three times), Allah is the Greatest (three times)", "Allah is the Greatest, greatly, and praise be to Allah abundantly, and glory be to Allah in the morning and in the evening", "Praise be to Allah, much, good, blessed praise in it", "O Allah, to You be praise, You are the Light of the heavens and the earth and those therein...", "O Allah, Lord of Jibreel, Mika'il, and Israfil...", and the magnification (takbir), praise (tahmid), glorification (tasbih), declaration of oneness (tahlil), seeking forgiveness (istighfar), asking for forgiveness, provision, well-being, and seeking refuge from distress, and "Allah is the Greatest (three times), Owner of the dominion, the might, the grandeur, and the greatness."
