Should the shops registered under the name of "The Two Brothers" be included in the inheritance of the deceased father when dividing the estate among his children (three daughters and five sons)?

If the father gifted the two shops to his two sons, and they took possession of them before his death, then the gift is valid and effective. However, if the father registered the two shops in the names of his two sons but possession was not taken until the father died, then the gift is invalidated by death. In case of dispute, the matter should be presented to the Sharia courts for adjudication.
