Full brothers do not have a predetermined share of their brother's inheritance. Rather, they inherit what remains after the wife's share (one-eighth) and the daughters' share (two-thirds), dividing it equally among themselves.
The matter of inheritances is serious and complex, and a mere is insufficient. Instead, it must be referred to the courts for investigation, due to the possible existence of other heirs, wills, debts, or rights of which the heirs may be unaware, and which take precedence over their claim.
