How is the money left by my deceased father to be divided between my mother, my sister, and me, knowing that my father had registered the shop in my name before his death, and also registered the apartment in my sister's name before his death?

The division of the father's estate is as follows: The mother receives one-eighth due to the presence of children, and the remainder goes to the children, with the male receiving the share of two females. As for the shop and the apartment registered in the name of one of the children, if they were a gift and full possession was taken, then the gift is valid, and they become the property of the one to whom they were given. If the sister was young and the father took possession on her behalf, the condition is that the apartment be emptied of his belongings. However, if it was merely a registration, or if full possession was not taken, or if he did not vacate the apartment, then the gift was not completed, and they are considered part of the estate to be divided among the heirs. It should be noted that matters of inheritance are serious and must be referred to the Sharia courts for investigation.
