Is it permissible for the wife to ask for divorce because she demanded that her husband evict his brothers from the house where she lives, which is owned by the husband?

The wife has no right to the house that he owns. If he provides her with suitable accommodation, she has no right to object to his siblings residing in it. Her leaving without his permission and ignoring him is forbidden and considered 'nushooz' (disobedience), which forfeits her right to maintenance. He can follow the شرعية steps to address 'nushooz': advise, abandon, and strike without causing injury.
